Stephen Willis

Co-Founder & Shareholder

Stephen has thirty years of corporate experience as a banker, corporate finance practitioner and corporate treasurer and as an adviser to public and private companies.

Currently a Partner at Carlton Partners, Stephen has held positions as Managing Director of Dial Corporate Finance, Corporate Finance Director at FTSE 100 mining group Billiton plc, and Vice President of Citibank. He has also held senior corporate finance and treasury roles with multinational companies operating in the retailing, energy and mining sectors.

Stephen holds an MBA from the University Of Michigan Graduate School Of Business Administration and an MA in History and Law from Cambridge University (Magdalene).
